Chocolate Banana Cake
Chocolate Banana Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 2 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place chocolate top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce low; cook until chocolate melts. Set aside to
Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well with electric mixer.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; creamed mixture alternately with banana, buttermilk melted chocolate, beginning and ending with flour mixture.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
