Melt butter in heavy saucepan; saute onion and celery in butter until tender.

Stir in flour; cook over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Stir in rices, chicken, pimiento, parsley and seasoning.
