Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 slices bacon, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Reserve 1/2 cup drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook mushrooms and onions in drippings over medium-high heat until tender.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add chicken broth and half and half. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sherry.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, mix spaghetti, chicken, bacon and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Pour cream sauce over spaghetti mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
Garnish with parsley.
