Chicken Parmigiana
Chicken Parmigiana is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 skinned and boned chicken breasts halves, 1/2 c. milk, 1/3 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dip chicken in milk; dredge in bread crumbs; set aside.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot; add chicken and cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove from skillet and place chicken in baking dish.
Pour sauce over chicken, top with cheese and bake at 350Β° until cheese begins to turn golden brown (15 minutes).
