Chicken Parmesana
Chicken Parmesana is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. italian bread crumbs, 1/4 c. olive oil and 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Dip chicken into egg and then bread crumbs, coating thoroughly.
In a skillet, heat the oil; cook chicken until done and well browned on both sides.
Pour sauce into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Place chicken on sauce and top with Parmesan cheese and shredded Mozzarella.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
