Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans italian style stewed tomatoes and 1/2 tsp. oregano (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Place chicken into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, cornstarch and oregano.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Pour heated sauce over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more.
