Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. dry marsala wine, 1 medium sweet red pepper and 2/3 c. chicken broth, chilled and defatted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Rinse chicken under cold running water; blot dry.
Cut crosswise into 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch strips; set aside.
Then combine salt, pepper and flour in plastic bag and add half of chicken and shake to coat.
Repeat with remainder.
