Chicken Liver Pâté
Chicken Liver Pâté is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken livers, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1/4 c. butter or chicken fat and 1/3 c. beer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash chicken livers and drain.
Lightly saute liver, onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add beer, salt and pepper and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Grind or purée in food mill or blender.
Pour into individual crocks.
Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
Serve in crocks. Yield: 3 cups.
