Chicken Fingers
Chicken Fingers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sesame seed, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned and sliced into 2 x 1-inch strips, 2 tsp. olive oil and 1 red leaf lettuce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a small bowl, combine sesame seed and Parmesan cheese. Roll chicken pieces in sesame mixture.
Heat oil in ovenproof heavy-bottomed nonstick skillet or saute pan, until just below smoking point.
Add chicken strips and brown on both sides over medium-high heat; do not scorch.
Place chicken strips on cookie sheet and bake in preheated 425Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.
To serve, arrange chicken strips on plates with lettuce leaves and garnish with orange rind.
Serve with honey-mustard sauce.
