Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. chicken parts, cooked (thighs, legs, breasts), celery tops, onions and carrots, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. milk and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook chicken with vegetables until done.
Cool and remove chicken from bones.
Mix soup and milk together; stir until smooth.
Fold in sour cream and stir until smooth.
Layer chicken into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Pour soup mixture over chicken and then crumble dressing on top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β° with foil on top but not sealed tightly.
Can leave in oven 1 hour after baked with oven shut off.
Serves 12.
