Chicken Breasts with Asparagus
Chicken Breasts With Asparagus is an easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, 1 can cream of asparagus soup, 1/3 c. milk, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 3/4 lb. fresh asparagus, cut up or 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen asparagus cuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In skillet over medium-high heat in 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove, set aside and spoon off fat.
In skillet, combine soup, milk and pepper and stir in asparagus.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet and cover. Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and asparagus is crisp-tender, stirring often.
