Chicken Breasts Teriyaki
Chicken Breasts Teriyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. sweet white wine, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix all ingredients except chicken.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour (overnight is better).
Remove chicken and reserve marinade.
Cover and grill chicken 5 to 6 inches from medium coals until golden brown, about 15 minutes; turn chicken.
Cover and grill, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times with marinade until chicken is done, 10 to 20 minutes longer. (Can also be used for beef or fish.)
