Chicken and Zucchini Casserole
Chicken And Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Heat oven to 400Β°.
Slice unpeeled zucchini crosswise into slices about 1/2-inch thick.
Arrange along bottom of a shallow 3-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken over zucchini.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Baste chicken with sauce from baking dish and continue cooking for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
