Chicken and Dressing
Chicken And Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices diet bread (use end pieces), 6 oz. cooked chicken or turkey breast, cubed, 1 egg, 4 tsp. canola oil and 1/2 c. celery, diced small, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Toast bread in 250° or 300° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until hard.
Bring water to a boil and add Hi-Energy Chicken soup Supplements, celery and onion.
Cook until tender.
Break up bread in mixing bowl and add oil, sage and black pepper.
To the bread mixture, add Hi-Energy Supplement mixture with celery, onion and chicken/turkey.
Mix well.
Add egg and mix well.
Spray glass dish with canola spray and fill dish with dressing mixture.
Bake 40 minutes or until brown on top and moist in the middle (350° oven). Makes 2 servings.
