Make a white sauce of flour, butter, seasoning and milk.
Add cheese and cook until cheese melts.
Add egg yolks and stir well. Let cool.
When ready to bake, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the cheese mixture.
Pour into well-buttered baking pan. Cook at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes.
