Cheese 'n Potato Casserole
Cheese 'N Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. grated cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed) and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Slice potatoes thinly.
Layer in greased 2-quart casserole half of potato slices, seasonings, grated cheese and soup.
Dot with half of margarine; make a second layer of potatoes, seasonings and soup.
Dot with remaining butter.
Rinse soup can with milk; pour over top of casserole.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Remove cover.
Sprinkle on 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Return to oven until cheese is melted.
