Cheese Herb Bread
Cheese Herb Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1 pkg. dry yeast and 3/4 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt, yeast, oregano and basil. Heat milk and butter to 120° to 130°. Gradually add hot mixture to flour, beating 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add 1 cup flour, potatoes, eggs and cheese. Beat 2 more minutes. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn dough on a floured surface and knead 8 to 10 minutes.
Shape into a ball and place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until almost doubled. Punch dough down and divide in half. Roll into 10 to 12 inch lengths and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Let rise until almost double in size. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
