Cheese Filled Peppers
Cheese Filled Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large peppers (red, green, yellow), 6 tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh), 1/2 clove garlic, 2 to 3 slices day old italian bread and about 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cut and save tops of peppers.
Clean and chop together the parsley and garlic.
Trim crust off bread and shred it.
Moisten bread with enough milk to make about 1 1/2 cups of damp bread.
Put the bread-milk mix into a bowl.
Add garlic, parsley, cheese, salt and egg; mix well.
Add enough olive oil to make a soft paste.
Fill peppers; dot with butter.
Grease bottom of baking dish big enough to hold all peppers upright.
Put tops on peppers and bake for 30 minutes.
