Cheese Broccoli Soup
Cheese Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 (15 oz.) cans chicken broth, 4 c. chopped broccoli, 4 tbsp. flour, 1 qt. half and half and 8 oz. cheez whiz or velveeta, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook broccoli in 3 cans of broth until partially tender, then put through blender to chop a little finer and then melt butter in another pan and add flour (don't brown flour).
Then add the milk and then put the remaining chicken broth and broccoli in the milk and cook (over medium heat) 1/2 hour or 45 minutes.
Then add cheese and stir well until melted and serve hot.
