Cheese Bread
Cheese Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 9 c. flour, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 3 c. milk, 4 tbsp. sugar and 3 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large bowl combine 4 cups of the flour and the yeast. Heat milk, sugar and salt until warm (115° to 120°), stirring to dissolve sugar.
Add to flour mixture, along with eggs and cheese. With electric mixer on low, beat until well blended.
By hand, stir in remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
Place in large greased bowl; cover with clean towel and let rise until double in bulk. Divide dough; knead and place in greased bread pans.
Will make 3 large loaves.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Remove from pan and butter top of loaves.
Let cool.
