Celery Au Gratin
Celery Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 head celery, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 pt. heavy cream, swiss gruyere cheese or favorite cheese and 1/2 stick sweet butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash and peel celery.
Cut into approximately 3-inch pieces. In pot, cover with water.
Add salt.
Simmer until tender.
Drain liquid.
In baking casserole dish, layer celery, pats of butter, cream and grated cheese.
Continue as many layers as ingredients. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
