Cauliflower with Buttermilk Sauce
Cauliflower With Buttermilk Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cauliflower, 1/3 c. buttermilk, 3 tsp. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. dijon mustard and 2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Trim cauliflower of leaves and stalk and break into flowerets. Steam cauliflower with water until crisp-tender.
Mix together buttermilk, mayonnaise and mustard; toss with steamed cauliflower. Put into ovenproof casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and place, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for about 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Makes 3 servings as an entrée or serves 4 as a side dish.
