Cauliflower Spaghetti
Cauliflower Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 medium cauliflower, 2 to 3 medium cloves garlic and 1 bay leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet.
Add crushed garlic, bay leaf and basil.
Saute one minute.
Add cauliflower and sprinkle with salt and saute until tender.
(Can add water and cover to steam cauliflower until tender.)
Add tomato purée and lower heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook spaghetti.
Toss with butter and oil and half the cheese mixture.
Put spaghetti on a platter and pour cauliflower sauce over the spaghetti.
Top with the other half of the cheese mixture.
Serve immediately.
