Cauliflower Puffs
Cauliflower Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head cauliflower, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. milk, 1 c. flour and 1 tsp. grated romano or parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Separate cauliflower florets; wash and boil just until tender (don't overcook).
A deep bowl, beat eggs and add remaining ingredients form a smooth batter.
Put florets into batter and, spoon, up one by one, florets and batter, and drop into hot oil in frying pan. Turn while cooking to brown evenly.
When golden brown, remove and drain on paper towel.
Serve when still warm.
