Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, 3 slices bread, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash cauliflower.
Separate head; cook in salted water until done, but not mushy.
Put cauliflower in buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
While cauliflower is cooking, soak white bread (that the brown edges have been trimmed) in 3 cups of milk.
Break up bread after soaking; add onion and celery.
Cook in heavy skillet milk, bread, celery and onion until thick and creamy.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over cauliflower.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
