Cauliflower Au Gratin
Cauliflower Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, cored, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded and 1/4 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place cauliflower upside down in a 2-quart microproof casserole dish.
Add water.
Cover with lid and cook on High for 4 minutes; turn cauliflower over.
Cover and cook on High for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender; drain and reserve liquid.
Mix liquid with cheese and bread crumbs.
Pat mixture gently onto cauliflower.
Cover and cook on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Let stand, still covered, 3 minutes before serving.
Serves 5 to 6.
