Carne Gisada(Stew Beef) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean stew meat, 1 medium onion, diced, 1 large bell pepper, diced, 4 bay leaves and 3 well ripened tomatoes, peeled and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a deep frying pan, add oil, onion, tomatoes and beef; saute until beef changes color.
Add pepper, salt and bay leaves; cook for 5 minutes.
