Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 to 15 c. popped corn (2 1/2-qt.), unbuttered, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased 9 x 13-inch pans.
Keep warm in a 200° oven while preparing caramel.
Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges or until 248° on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda until foamy and uniform in color.
Pour over corn, stirring until well coated. Bake in a 200° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
