Preheat oven to 250Β°.

Grease large roasting pan.

Pour popped corn and peanuts in pan.

In saucepan on top of stove, melt margarine.

Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in baking soda and vanilla.

Gradually pour over popcorn, mixing well.

Bake 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.

Cool completely.

Break apart.

Store covered.
