Calamondin Marmalade
Calamondin Marmalade is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. calamondins, cut in half, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 qt. water and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Put cut calamondins in 1 1/2-quarts water and cook until tender (about 20 minutes).
Let stand overnight.
Put in strainer. Eliminate all seeds.
Put meat of fruit in blender, chop to desired size.
Add 1 1/2 cups sugar to 1 cup of prepared fruit along with 2 cups water.
Cook in heavy pan, stirring most of the time, until it gels (218Β°).
