Cajun Style Venison
Cajun Style Venison is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. venison roast, 3/4 c. flour, oil, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and 1 large chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Season meat with salt and peppers.
Dredge meat completely with flour. Brown in hot oil. Remove to baking pan prepared with heavy-duty aluminum foil large enough to completely seal meat. Place remaining ingredients on and around meat.
Seal foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove meat from pan. Let gravy thicken. Serve over rice.
