Buzzy's Vermouth Scallops
Buzzy'S Vermouth Scallops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. scallops, 1/2 c. dry vermouth, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. ground pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Marinate scallops in vermouth for several hours in the refrigerator.
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet.
Add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
Add scallops and cook quickly over high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown (5 to 10 minutes).
Transfer to a heated platter.
To pan juices, add parsley, lemon juice and remaining butter.
Heat and pour over scallops.
