Brussels Sprouts with Hazelnuts
Brussels Sprouts With Hazelnuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. brussels sprouts, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. butter or margarine and 1/2 lb. hazelnuts, roasted and peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut off stem end of Brussels sprouts.
Soak in cold water 15 minutes, drain.
Place in medium saucepan with 3 cups water and the salt; bring to boiling.
Lower heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Meanwhile, quarter shelled and peeled hazelnuts.
Saute in hot butter in saucepan 5 minutes.
Toss with drained Brussels sprouts.
Serves 6.
