Broiled Swordfish With Apricot-Mustard Glaze is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. apricot jam, 1 1/4 lb. swordfish steaks (also good with tuna, shark, salmon, chicken or flank steak), 1 tbsp. dijon mustard and 4 radishes, coarsely grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat broiler.
Combine jam and mustard in a small bowl. Spread half of glaze evenly over one side of steaks.
Broil about 4-inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on thickness of steaks or fillets, or until fish is opaque in center and begins to flake when touched with fork.
Spread steaks with remaining glaze after turning over.
Cut into 4 equal portions if necessary.
To serve, garnish steaks with shredded radish.
