Made with 8 slices fillet mignon (3/4 inch thick), 2 cans campbell's double strength beef bouillon, 3 large tsp. minced garlic, 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1/2 c. sherry or cognac, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sauce: Mix garlic in small dish with olive oil and let stand. Place bouillon uncovered saucepan and cook over medium-high heat until mixture is reduced to 1/2 the original amount.
Garlic mixture and sherry or cognac and continue to cook
10 minutes.
Serve over steak (also very good on baked potatoes instead of butter).
