Brisket
Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. brisket, 4 oz. worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. liquid smoke, celery salt and garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large pan, salt lean side with salts.
Add liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce, then flip over and do the same to the fat.
Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 275°, covered, for 5 hours.
Bake for 1 hour uncovered.
Cover with barbecue sauce; cook at 325°.
Rake off the fat, but leave the juices in the pan until completely finished cooking.
Yields 8 servings.
