Brandied Peaches Flambé
Brandied Peaches Flambé is an easy dinner. Made with 6 canned cling peach halves, 6 tbsp. dark brown sugar, butter, 1/2 c. brandy and french vanilla or peach ice cream (very hard), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put small servings of ice cream in individual serving dishes and place in freezer.
Drain peach halves; warm syrup in a saucepan and flavor to taste with a small amount of brandy.
Warm remaining brandy in a separate saucepan.
Arrange the peach halves in a broiler-proof dish, cut side up and place a dab of butter and 1 tablespoon brown sugar in the center of each peach.
Broil 3 inches from heat until sugar melts and peaches are heated.
Place a peach half on each dish of ice cream and top with heated syrup.
Pour heated brandy over peaches and ignite.
Serve at once.
