Black Pepper London Broil
Black Pepper London Broil is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. london broil or top round steak (2-inches thick), 2 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer, 3 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper, 3 tbsp. oil and 1/3 c. beef stock or 2 beef cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Wipe steak with damp cloth and pierce each side with a fork. Rub each side with 1 1/4 teaspoons tenderizer and 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper.
Heat butter and oil in large black skillet.
Add steak and cook each side 12 to 15 minutes for rare, longer for medium. Remove meat and add stock.
Heat about 2 minutes.
Serve over meat.
