Biscotti
Biscotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, until fluffy. Sift flour and baking powder together.
Then stir into butter mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Divide dough into 3 parts. Shape each part into long rolls, 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
Place each roll on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten top.
The older the cookie sheet, the better I think they come out.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut 3/4-inch slices.
Arrange slices, cut side down, on cookie sheet, about 1-inch apart.
Bake slices another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
