Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. beef bouillon, 2 tbsp. ketchup and 1/8 tsp. minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook and stir in 2 tablespoons butter in skillet over low heat brown.
Reserve
1/3 cup bouillon.
Stir remaining bouillon, ketchup, garlic salt into skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until beef is tender 1 to 1
1/2 hours.
Stir in mushrooms and onion.
Cover and simmer until onion is tender.
Shake reserved bouillon and flour in tightly covered container.
Stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Toss noodles with 1 tablespoon butter and poppy seed.
Serve over noodles.
