Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. diced onions, 12 oz. mushroom gravy and 1 tbsp. tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut sirloin steak into 2 inch strips.
In a large skillet brown the steak in the butter.
Add the onions; cook until limp.
Stir in gravy and tomato paste.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover; simmer 10 to 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
Slowly stir in sour cream.
Serve over buttered noodles.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
