Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1 can campbell's beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut meat into thin strips.
In skillet, brown meat, mushrooms and onion in butter or margarine.
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Add broth.
Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender. Gradually blend 1/4 cup water into flour; slowly add to sauce. Cook; stir until thickened.
Slowly blend in sour cream; heat. Serve over noodles with salad and bread.
