Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak (thin), 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. onion, chopped, 1/3 c. butter and 2-6 oz. cans mushrooms or an 8-12 oz. pkg fresh, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter; add onions, garlic and mushrooms, cook until onions are transparent; remove.
Fry steak in same pan until brown. Remove meat.
Make sauce in pan with salt and flour.
Add bouillon and sour cream, stir until thick on medium heat.
Add worcestershire sauce and kitchen bouquet.
Serve on bed of egg noodles or rice.
