Beef Jerky
Beef Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean meat, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut meat into thin slices.
Combine all ingredients except meat.
Stir well.
Add meat and let stand for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Place in dehydrator for 6 to 8 hours or can be done in conventional oven by arranging strips on oven racks.
(Line bottom of oven with foil.) Dry in 150° to 200° oven until dark brown and dry.
Cool and store in airtight container or in the refrigerator.
