Barbecued Burgers
Barbecued Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 bell pepper, diced, 1/2 small onion, finely chopped, 1 egg and 1/4 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put beef, pepper, onion, egg and bread crumbs in bowl and mix. Shape into four 1/4 pound patties. Season each with garlic powder and onion salt to taste.
Brush each burger with olive oil to prevent burning.
Grill patties, basting with barbecue sauce. Flip and baste with more sauce.
Serve with platter of sliced red onions and tomatoes, with or without buns.
Good with corn on the cob and potato salad.
