Barbecue Ribs
Barbecue Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 racks spareribs, salt and freshly ground pepper, 1 1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (vetsin), juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lay out 3 large lengths of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each large enough to envelop one rack of ribs. Sprinkle the ribs with salt, pepper and m.s.g.
Enclose the ribs securely, sealing the foil so that the juice will not escape. Place the ribs in the oven and bake without opening the foil for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven, open the foil and let stand until ready to grill.
The juice in the foil may be added to the barbecue sauce or discarded.
