Banana Carrot Cake
Banana Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. light brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grease a 9-inch square pan.
In a large bowl, cream the butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs.
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Blend flour mixture alternately with mashed bananas, ending with dry ingredients.
Fold in carrots and raisins.
Turn into baking pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Turn out of pan; cool completely.
