Banana-Blueberry Bread
Banana-Blueberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. (2 medium) mashed bananas, 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1/4 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottom only of 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, blend first six ingredients; beat 1 minute at medium speed.
In separate bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to batter; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely.
Makes 1 loaf.
