Baked Stuffed Tomatoes
Baked Stuffed Tomatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked pork sausage, 7 to 8 large tomatoes and 1/4 lb. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook and drain sausage; crumble into small pieces and set aside.
Cut tops from large tomatoes and carefully scoop out insides with a small spoon, leaving the tomato shell.
Place centers and juice in a large bowl (centers may be rather firm so mash into pulp).
Roll cracker crumbs and add to tomato pulp and juice, leaving the mixture very moist.
Add pork sausage and mix well.
Fill tomato shells with mixture.
Place close together in baking pan and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
