Baked Squash Casserole
Baked Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium squash, sliced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1/4 c. butter, melted and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water 5 to 7 minutes or until squash is tender; drain well.
Place vegetables in electric blender and process until smooth.
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Bake in lightly greased 2-quart casserole at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
